Ortega Diago is an architecture studio founded by Gonzalo Sánchez Ortega and Armando Diago. Both studied at the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra. In early 2019, they decided to join forces after having had professional experiences both in London and in Santiago de Chile. It was there that they became interested in how an architecture studio works and drew on the necessary experience to form their own.
They have already notched up honours such as the Best Dissertation Project-Spanish Architecture and Urban Planning Biennial (XIVBEAU) nomination for the Best Dissertation Project-Young Talent Architecture Award (YTAA),and shortlisting forthe COAVN Interior Design Awards (SP offices). They have given talks such as Four Projects, Four Conclusions (COAVN 2019 ETSA University of Navarra) and 20 Under 40, Constructing, Living, Thinking (2020 ETSA University of Navarra).
